Press Release Ohio Gastro’s Olentangy Center named amongst the best by U.S. News & World Report

Ohio Gastroenterology Group was honored with a second Center receiving 2025 recognition for excellence. The Olentangy Center has been named one of the best Ambulatory Surgery Centers by U.S. News & World Report for Colonoscopy and Endoscopy, following the Dublin Center’s accolade as one of America’s Best Ambulatory Surgery Centers 2025 by Newsweek and Statista.

Ohio Gastro’s centers are renowned for their high standards of care and exceptional patient experience. Physicians at these centers perform critical procedures to detect and prevent cancer, diagnose conditions, obtain biopsies, and treat dysphagia. The dedication to excellence leads to better patient outcomes, including more accurate diagnoses, effective treatments, and a reduced risk of complications.

In collaboration with CareJourney by Arcadia, U.S. News evaluated 4,357 surgery centers nationwide across four separate specialty areas. Fewer than 17% of evaluated facilities earned a Best Ambulatory Surgery Centers rating for the 2025 study.

Ambulatory surgery centers were evaluated based entirely on objective, risk-adjusted measures of their patients’ outcomes, including the successful avoidance of complications, ER visits, unplanned hospitalizations, and other undesirable outcomes. To ensure fair comparisons, the analysis accounted for each patient’s pre-existing conditions and other risk factors.
