An office visit or colonoscopy screening does not require a physician referral. Please contact our team at 614-754-5500 and someone from our team will be able to assist you over the phone to schedule an appointment or screening.
Other Procedures:
For any other procedures, please contact your primary care physician to submit a referral. Once Ohio Gastro receives a referral from your physician, please allow up to 3 business days for someone to contact you to schedule an appointment or procedure.
